I offer psychotherapy and counselling for a wide range of issues including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship difficulties, poor self esteem, bereavement, and trauma including sexual and physical abuse.

I work with individuals couples and with groups on a face-to-face basis for short, medium or long term therapy. I am happy to see adults of any age and young people over the age of 14.
